Shape the CRM experience as the Digital Marketing Manager at McDonald’s Canada in Toronto, ON. Drive engagement through innovative digital strategies and personalized customer experiences.
As a key member of the team, you'll report to the Senior Manager of Digital Strategy and manage CRM campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and audience segmentation strategies.
Your role will focus on optimizing customer journeys while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your leadership and analytical skills will contribute to the growth of app and loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead CRM and digital owned channels planning and optimization
• Define audience segmentation using CRM data and insights
• Align CRM strategies with the national marketing calendar
• Manage lifecycle marketing communications to enhance customer engagement
• Oversee content and creative across owned channels
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of CRM or digital marketing experience
• Strong analytics skills for targeting and personalization
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
