Key Responsibilities:
• Drive measurable reductions in recurring production incidents
• Lead incident management and postmortem analyses
• Enhance accountability for corrective technology actions
• Improve operational readiness and resilience proactively
• Present KPIs and risk narratives to leadership
Requirements:
• Over 10 years in reliability engineering or service management
• Leadership experience with offshore teams
• Deep knowledge of ITSM and incident management tools
• Capital markets technology experience
• Excellent influencing and communication skills
