Your role is crucial in enhancing e-commerce strategies and optimizing the customer experience.
This role reports to the Commercial Manager and requires effective leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include translating QCP into actionable strategies, guiding E-com Leads, and analyzing digital performance data. Key Responsibilities:
• Translate QCP into effective daily site activities
• Optimize digital customer interaction strategies
• Analyze sales performance and web analytics
• Implement post-purchase strategies and enhancements
• Provide insights for continuous digital improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics
• 3–4 years of experience in eCommerce
• Strong understanding of digital and commercial dynamics
• Proven analytical and planning abilities
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams
