Join Lightspeed as an Enterprise Technical Partner Manager, leading integration calls and providing technical expertise for strategic partnerships. Drive collaboration and efficiency across platforms while enhancing revenue growth.
In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your technical and partnerships experience to guide stakeholders through building effective integrations with Lightspeed products. You'll validate partner integrations and create helpful documentation to empower partners in their integration journey. Agile collaboration with Product, Development, and Sales teams will also be a key focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical calls to close enterprise partnerships
• Guide partners in integration best practices
• Maintain UX standards for partner integrations
• Resolve advanced technical partner issues
• Manage partner pipeline workflow for timely delivery
Requirements:
• Experience in Technical/Partnerships/Sales Engineering
• Proficient with RESTful APIs, HTML/CSS, and Java Script
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proven software experience in hospitality or retail
• Excellent communication abilities in English
