Agile Release Train Strategist

This contract position requires a skilled strategist to oversee Agile releases within Asset Management and Wealth domains. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth deliveries by managing program increments across multiple teams. With a hybrid work model, you'll engage in enterprise-level transformations while enhancing your career in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate release planning and execution across Agile teams

• Manage impediments and dependencies within release scope

• Support roadmap and feature development activities

• Coordinate Program Increment planning and system demos

• Track metrics and communicate key performance outcomes

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Release Train Engineer or Strategist

• Proficiency in Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira

• Experience in banking or financial institutions

• Post-secondary university education preferred

• RTE Safe Agilist or Scrum Master certification is a plus
