Pheed Loop is seeking a recent graduate for the Product Support Specialist role. This key position involves onboarding clients onto our powerful platform and ensuring their events run smoothly. Success requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to support clients during critical event moments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard customers to the Pheed Loop platform
• Provide technical support via email and phone
• Lead onboarding sessions for new clients
• Conduct post-event debriefs and consultations
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams
Requirements:
• Recent Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• 1 year experience in customer success preferred
