Your experience in software engineering will be crucial as you drive hiring and development within the Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) organization. Responsible for end-to-end delivery, you'll partner with data and product teams to transform AI from experimentation into a scalable enterprise solution.
Key Responsibilities- Build and mentor a global team of Machine Learning Engineers
- Own delivery of AI/ML platforms and services
- Set vision for ML architecture and GenAI enablement
- Lead development for generative AI capabilities
- Align AI initiatives with business strategy
- 12-15+ years in software or ML engineering
- 5+ years leading distributed engineering teams
- Proven experience in delivering ML systems at scale
- Solid knowledge of MLOps and cloud architectures
- Excellent communication skills
