Program Manager IV - Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
Duration: 1 year
Location:
Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)

Interview Process: 2–3 rounds, including an assignment
Target Start: ASAP
Pay Rates:
- T4: 60-68
- IC: 70-82
- Own and manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Lead project meetings, drive discussions, track action items, and ensure follow-through
- Collaborate across HR, Compensation, Engineering, Operations, and other business teams
- Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and proactively coordinate resolutions
- Prepare stakeholder communications, status updates, and presentation materials
- Support testing, readiness planning, and change management activities
- Ensure projects remain aligned with compensation processes and operational timelines
- Scheduling and facilitating meetings with stakeholders and project teams
- Coordinating with teams to resolve blockers and escalations
- Tracking project deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met
- Managing communications and maintaining project documentation
- Driving accountability and momentum across cross-functional work streams
- Experience working at a Big 4 or major consulting firm
- Strong program/project management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Basic understanding of end-to-end compensation processes
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience supporting M&A integration or implementation initiatives
- Exposure to compensation systems and structures
- Experience working in highly cooperative, cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce/org
62 is considered an asset
- 3–8 years of relevant experience preferred
- Candidates with under 3 years may be considered under qualified
- Candidates with 8+ years may be considered overqualified
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Toronto twice per week
- Must be able to work within EST hours
