Program Manager IV - Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

Pay Rates:

• T4: 60-68
• IC: 70-82

• Own and manage end-to-end project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Lead project meetings, drive discussions, track action items, and ensure follow-through
• Collaborate across HR, Compensation, Engineering, Operations, and other business teams
• Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and proactively coordinate resolutions
• Prepare stakeholder communications, status updates, and presentation materials
• Support testing, readiness planning, and change management activities
• Ensure projects remain aligned with compensation processes and operational timelines

• Scheduling and facilitating meetings with stakeholders and project teams
• Coordinating with teams to resolve blockers and escalations
• Tracking project deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met
• Managing communications and maintaining project documentation
• Driving accountability and momentum across cross-functional work streams

• Experience working at a Big 4 or major consulting firm
• Strong program/project management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Basic understanding of end-to-end compensation processes
• Proven ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Experience supporting M&A integration or implementation initiatives
• Exposure to compensation systems and structures
• Experience working in highly cooperative, cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce/org
  62 is considered an asset

• 3–8 years of relevant experience preferred
• Candidates with under 3 years may be considered under qualified
• Candidates with 8+ years may be considered overqualified
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Toronto twice per week
• Must be able to work within EST hours
