In this pivotal role on the Technical Solutions team, you'll engage in resolving complex technical issues and support emerging portfolios such as One Verily and Verily Workbench. Your technical acumen will be vital in project managing client issues and collaborating with developers and operations teams to attain key business outcomes. Expect to manage travel, approximately 25% as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reproduce and own technical customer issues through resolution
• Manage new client deployments and their associated issues
• Identify root causes and troubleshoot technical issues
• Create playbooks and knowledge base content
• Develop reports for efficient issue tracking
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience
• Experience with SQL and cloud operations
• Proficient in Jira and Git Hub
