Join Randstad Canada as a Senior Report Developer, specializing in Oracle report development and analytics.

Experience a balanced work structure with onsite and remote flexibility. In this critical role, you will focus on leveraging your extensive 7 to 10 years of experience in Oracle report development and your knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem. You'll be responsible for crafting sophisticated data models and integrating reporting solutions that support HR technology and business decisions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Create advanced analytics with OTBI and BI Publisher
Implement large-scale data loads using HCM Data Loader
Manage requisition and candidate processes in Oracle Recruiting Cloud
Support integration via HCM Extracts and automate file-based integrations
Execute SIT/UAT testing and defect triage

Requirements

7-10+ years in report development or BI
Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM capabilities
Fluent in HDL, OTBI, and HCM Extracts
Skilled in functional specifications and analysis
Capable of identifying and mitigating integration risks

Contribute to impactful HR solutions and optimize data reporting at Randstad Canada.
