As an API Support Engineer, you will play an integral role in keeping business-critical applications running smoothly. Your experience of 8+ years in API support will assist you in monitoring, managing incidents, and troubleshooting issues using tools like Service Now or Jira. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor application and API health through various tools

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in API support
