Position

Summary

The Project Manager applies qualified principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams, control project schedule, cost, scope, risks, and quality to meet project objectives, and ensure project and data integrity is complete and accurate. This role has ultimate responsibility and accountability for assigned projects and manages all aspects of the project life cycle:
Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, and Closure.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure all project data is complete, accurate, and up to date across all project tools and conduct project and task audits for data completeness.
  • Manage assigned projects and the project team, ensuring that milestones and project objectives are achieved on time, on budget, and within scope; remove roadblocks and motivate the team to apply the organization’s project management methodology and best practice principles of collaboration, accountability, and transparency.
  • Drive and govern pre‑sale and post‑sale processes, working with stakeholders to gather and align final outputs; manage change management, communication planning, and execution.
  • Lead pre‑sale activities in the Initiation phase, ensuring that pre‑sale project tools, documents, and resources are optimal for seamless communication and quick turnarounds, supporting the brief, quote, and scoping exercises.
  • Lead post‑sale activities in the Planning phase after the SOW is signed, activating the project plan, timeline, resources, and communication plans, including Risk Management documentation, Stakeholders Register, Lessons Learned, and supporting contracts specific to the project.
  • Execute, monitor, and control the project, monitoring profitability, resourcing, and pacing, evaluating progress and quality, and managing the issue resolution process to ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Close the project, reconciling documents, reporting to compare the project against baseline objectives and goals, and performing post‑mortem exercises as needed.
  • Identify and communicate risks, logistical issues, and out‑of‑process scenarios; propose solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client goals and follow escalation protocols.
  • Report on project health and manage actions for at‑risk metrics according to defined processes.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of Project Management experience in overseeing a range of projects of varying size and complexity, including experience in the digital space.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent college diploma in computer science, finance, business administration, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proven experience working within established project management methodologies and the ability to facilitate and run meetings effectively.
  • Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Professional, mature, motivated, and self‑directed with advanced time‑management skills.
  • Strong mental agility, managing multiple priorities and executing tasks effectively in high‑pressure settings.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict‑management skills; capable of influencing individuals across the organization without direct authority.
  • Team‑orientated, collaborative, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Solid familiarity with project management software solutions (, Hub Spot, and Teams) is an asset.
  • Ad‑agency exposure with digital environment experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience working in agile environments.
  • Knowledge of PMI methodology;
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
