In this role, you will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities within Fidelity’s internal operations. As a key member of the Emerging Technologies team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and AI Builder. You will also engage with business leaders to understand their platforms and integrate new automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and management of automated processes
• Identify new automation and AI/ML opportunities
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand core platforms
• Promote digital culture across internal teams
• Act as a subject-matter expert on Emerging Technologies
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Education in relevant fields
• 2+ years in technology and design within Agile
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C
• Strong relationship management skills
