Systems Support Specialist

Join a leading financial institution as a Systems Support Specialist based in Downtown Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on user support and maintaining the IT infrastructure.

You will ensure operational stability by providing first-level technical support and performing essential system administration tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with various devices

• Install and configure new hardware and software

• Maintain network and server security and performance

• Document issues and solutions for future reference

• Support technology recovery coordination and testing

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in a similar IT role

• Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems

• Knowledge of SCCM and other relevant technologies

• Effective communication skills for non-technical users

• Post-secondary education in a related field
