You will ensure operational stability by providing first-level technical support and performing essential system administration tasks. Tasks include troubleshooting, managing software installations, and assisting with recovery planning. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the organization's technology resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with various devices
• Install and configure new hardware and software
• Maintain network and server security and performance
• Document issues and solutions for future reference
• Support technology recovery coordination and testing
Requirements:
• At least five years of experience in a similar IT role
• Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems
• Knowledge of SCCM and other relevant technologies
• Effective communication skills for non-technical users
• Post-secondary education in a related field
