  • Help leaders understand their role in supporting Agile teams and shifting traditional command and control behaviors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Agile practices, product strategy alignment, and organizational impediments.
  • Promote a culture of accountability within the team.
  • Introduce, measure, and refine Agile metrics using delivery data such as cycle time, throughput, and trends to evaluate team health and customer value delivery.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide improvement experiments and support evidence-based planning – improving delivery practices and adopting data driven decision making.

  • Support the design and rollout of delivery strategies across departments or portfolios.
  • Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and mindset to improve flow, predictability, and quality.
  • Observe, evaluate, and lead-by-example on Agile ceremonies (e.g., retrospectives, sprint planning, standups) while enabling teams to self-facilitate.
  • Partner with leaders to build an environment where autonomy, trust, psychological safety, and continuous learning can thrive.
  • Promote cross functional collaboration to improve end-to-end delivery flow.

  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to coach at all levels—from hands on delivery teams to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success improving team health, delivery flow, and customer centric practices.
