Join the Thomson Reuters team as a User Experience Researcher, focusing on improving global product designs through user research. Lead initiatives that shape user interactions effectively.
As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you will employ both qualitative and quantitative research to provide insights that guide product decisions. Your expertise will directly impact how customers engage with Thomson Reuters technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support Agile methodologies, and ensure user advocacy in your designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead UX and product discovery research projects
• Formulate and recommend user-centered research strategies
• Create and analyze user journeys and personas
• Report actionable insights that shape product strategies
• Monitor and establish UX metrics for user experiences
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant disciplines or applicable experience
• Minimum 5 years of UX research in B2B SaaS environments
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder influence
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
