Position: IT Operations Director Role with CanadaHelps
Join Canada Helps as the IT Operations Director, driving critical Dev Ops and IT efforts. This full-time role focuses on improving infrastructure and operational frameworks from a remote GTA location.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the CTO, leading Canada Helps' efforts to enhance technology reliability and scalability. Your expertise will drive service management practices, automation, and infrastructure modernization while managing risks effectively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll promote operational excellence in delivering IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the Infrastructure and internal IT strategy

• Improve monitoring, documentation, and incident management

• Facilitate change management and operational readiness

• Champion automation to reduce manual processes

• Promote a culture focused on continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in IT Operations and Dev Ops

• Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure capabilities

• Proven skills in improving service delivery and governance

• Adept at fostering accountability and team collaboration

• Willingness for team meetings in Toronto when needed
