This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of change management principles and 5+ years in technology roles. You will prepare the workforce for significant shifts caused by cloud implementations and act as the vital link between IT and operations. Your task will be to create strategies that ease the transition and ensure everyone is equipped for the change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a Change Management Plan aligned with cloud goals

• Assess impact on workflows and identify individual needs

• Engage stakeholders with tailored strategies for effective communication

• Identify and mitigate resistance or disruptions proactively

• Develop training materials and facilitate sessions for users

Requirements:

• 5+ years in change management during tech implementations

• Experience with SaaS and cloud contact centre transitions

• Preferred Prosci Certification or equivalent

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding technical requirements for business readiness
