About this opportunityOn behalf of our client, we’re seeking an experienced Content Quality Assurance & Auditor to support digital marketing campaign validation and audit initiatives within a leading enterprise environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of customer-facing communications across email, SMS, web, and automated journeys developed in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate campaign assets and maintain high-quality delivery standards.
What You’ll Do- Perform QA/QC validation of email, SMS, web pages, and automated customer journeys.
- Evaluate campaign artifacts including journeys, automations, segments, data extensions, calculated insights, emails, and landing pages.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute testing activities across multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Execute formal sign-off of digital assets prior to deployment.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality of campaigns built in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and campaign stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Recommend and support resolution for recurring defects and campaign issues.
- Maintain QA documentation including test cases, checklists, and audit logs.
- Monitor QA/QC processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, organizational, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, AODA).
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide timely support to ensure delivery timelines are met.
- 2+ years of experience in QA, digital campaign testing, or email/web/mobile testing environments.
- Hands‑on experience with defect tracking and workflow tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Workfront).
- Experience with email testing tools such as Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and document defects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Self‑starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in ambiguous environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, SQL).
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with accessibility testing (WCAG 2.0, AODA compliance).
- Background in digital marketing campaign development or QA analysis.
- Experience supporting bilingual (English/French) content validation.
