Join Synechron as a Production Support Analyst and support large-scale capital markets systems in Toronto, ON.
This role offers an opportunity to enhance trading and risk platforms through analytical and technical expertise.
As a vital member of the team, you will manage daily operations while implementing strategic improvements. Your background in scripting (Python, PERL) will enable you to automate processes and monitor application performance effectively. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain capital markets trading systems
• Collaborate with teams to enhance system stability
• Document issues and user stories using Jira, Confluence
• Monitor application performance with ITRS Geneos, App Dynamics
• Support automation processes in CI/CD pipelines
Requirements:
• Experience in supporting global trading platforms
• Strong skills in scripting (Python, PERL)
• Familiarity with Linux, Windows, SQL databases
• Relevant BS degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
