Join a large enterprise technology environment supporting critical business applications that power day-to-day operations and customer interactions. This role focuses on maintaining stability across cloud-based systems, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Power Platform solutions such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
You will play a key role in monitoring production environments, resolving incidents, and ensuring applications remain reliable and performant. Working within Azure-based infrastructure, you’ll support ongoing enhancements while helping prevent recurring issues through practical, hands‑on problem solving.
This position is well-suited for a technically capable Support Engineer with Financial institute experience, who enjoys operational ownership and steady system improvement in a live environment.
Contract Duration: 6
Months
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, in production environments
- 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, including incident management, issue tracking, and root cause analysis
- Experience working within cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure, supporting live applications and services
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications or supporting intelligent workflows in production
- Experience with batch processing, scheduled jobs, or data feed monitoring
- Familiarity with enterprise integration tools or middleware technologies (e.g., MQ, Web Logic, Informatica)
