In this position, you'll collaborate with the Desktop App team, delivering user-centered designs that empower legal professionals. Engage deeply with user research, define experience metrics, and advocate for customer needs across stakeholders. Your responsibility will include shaping the desktop app experience that meets both user and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams on design strategy

• Conduct user engagement to inform design decisions

• Oversee full app design process from concept to execution

• Ensure adherence to desktop design conventions

• Contribute to improving design consistency across products

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of product design experience

• Strong background in desktop applications for Windows/macOS

• History of delivering high-quality design solutions

• Proficient in interaction design and visual aesthetics
