The Global IS Team seeks a dynamic Copilot Platform Administrator to oversee daily operations of the Copilot and Power Platform environment. The role demands expertise in environment management, access controls, and data governance. Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Developers to uphold production readiness and ensure service reliability across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Copilot and Power Platform

• Administer Data Loss Prevention policies and governance standards

• Oversee Entra s and licensing assignments

• Utilize Power Platform CoE toolkit for analytics and compliance

• Serve as a point of escalation for platform-level issues
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent

• 5+ years experience in Microsoft 365 administration

• Strong experience with Power Platform and DLP policies

• Microsoft certifications preferred, e.g., PL-200 or MS-102

• Knowledge of ITIL-aligned service management processes
