In this client-centric position, you will utilize your extensive IT experience to guide clients through their M365 transformations. Your ability to lead technical discussions and understand client needs will be crucial in creating compelling proposals that attract new business. Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring secure and compliant M365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design & implement Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and Power Platform
• Lead technical discussions translating complex concepts
• Develop business proposals aimed at potential clients
• Create customized M365 solutions based on client needs
• Mentor junior team members if applicable
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Minimum of 7 years in IT, 5 in Microsoft 365 consulting
• Strong business development skills and experience
• Relevant Microsoft certifications beneficial
• French knowledge required for roles in Quebec
