We are seeking an experienced AWS Production Support Engineer to join a high-performing Cloud Platform Services team supporting enterprise-scale AWS environments. This role is ideal for a cloud operations professional with strong troubleshooting skills, AWS platform expertise, and experience supporting Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD-driven environments.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, stability, security, and performance of cloud infrastructure while supporting application teams and driving operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 production support for enterprise Cloud Platform Services (CPS) across AWS environments.
Support and maintain AWS platform services including:
Networking
IAM (Identity & Access Management)
Compute Services
Storage Services
Monitoring & Observability
Security Services
Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
Support Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) deployments using:
AWS CDK
Terraform
Cloud Formation
Assist with CI/CD pipeline support, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
Partner with application teams on cloud onboarding, access management, and operational support.
Participate in incident management, problem management, change management, and production support processes.
Support 24x7 production environments through on-call and operational support rotations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and operational efficiency.
6 8 years of IT experience with a focus on Cloud Operations, Production Support, or Cloud Engineering.
Hands-on experience supporting AWS-based enterprise environments.
