Position

Description:

We are seeking a Syndigo PIM Developer with intermediate to advanced experience in developing and enhancing Syndigo PIM functionality. This role will focus on designing, configuring, integrating, and optimizing the Syndigo PIM solution to support evolving business needs and improve product data workflows.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement enhancements within the Syndigo PIM platform
- Modify and maintain data models, including attributes, hierarchies, and taxonomies
- Develop and manage Business Rules and Business Conditions to ensure data quality and governance
- Integrate Syndigo PIM with external/end-point systems (e.g., ERP, eCommerce platforms, APIs)
- Support product data onboarding, enrichment, validation, and syndication processes
- Create and manage import/export profiles for efficient data exchange
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform testing and validation of new functionalities and configurations
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support and optimization
- Continuously improve PIM workflows, automation, and data quality processes

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Hands-on experience with Syndigo PIM platform development/configuration for atleast 1year or more
- Strong understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) concepts and data governance

Experience with :
Data modeling and data structures
Business rule configuration
Data integration (APIs, XML, JSON, data feeds)

- Knowledge of product data lifecycle (onboarding → enrichment → syndication)
- Familiarity with retail/eCommerce ecosystems (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency

Nice to Have:

Experience with other PIM tools (e.g., Salsify, Stibo)
Knowledge of GS1 standards and product data compliance
Exposure to ETL tools or data pipelines
Experience working in CPG, retail, or eCommerce domains
