Power BI Developer

Position: Power BI Developer Role
Elevate your career as a Power BI Developer in a hybrid setting in downtown Toronto. Work collaboratively to craft sophisticated data solutions that drive business insights.

This role demands a minimum of two in-office days per week, engaging with stakeholders and business teams to develop exceptional BI solutions. You'll take charge of documentation, testing strategies, and adherence to client methodologies while ensuring operational readiness. Your ability to translate complex business specifications into technical design will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build advanced BI functionalities in partnership with stakeholders

• Maintain thorough documentation for design and implementation

• Collaborate to understand and translate business data needs

• Engage in peer reviews and change control processes

• Conduct ETL processes and ensure data quality

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power BI (Desktop & Service)

• Proficient in DAX, SQL, and relational databases

• Familiar with data modeling and visualization practices

• Knowledge of Excel and data analysis methods

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
