As a Consultant in Infrastructure Management, you'll oversee the management of incidents and issues using Jira and provide solutions for technical challenges. You will drive the deployment of test environments with Service Now and coordinate migrations to cloud services.

Your role will be pivotal in managing daily operations and anticipating future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Jira to manage incidents and issue life cycles

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively

• Recommend infrastructure solutions following established standards

• Create and deploy test environments through Service Now

• Handle migrations from on-premises systems to the cloud

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in test environment management

• Knowledge of SDLC, incident and change management

• Technical skills in Cloud Platforms and Virtualization

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and scripting

• Adaptable to new tools and trends in technology
