Position: Senior BI Analyst with TMX Leadership
Join TMX as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. This pivotal role requires leading the creation of impactful analytics dashboards while leveraging SaaS data from critical business areas.

You will engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct thorough analyses that inform analytics development. By translating needs into functional specifications, you’ll work with Amazon Quick Suite and Snowflake for optimal data integration. Your expertise will guide the development, testing, and implementation of new analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement analysis for analytics projects

• Document functional specifications for dashboards

• Collaborate on technical solution implementation

• Manage testing phases and UAT coordination

• Develop training resources for end-users

Requirements:

• Experience with SaaS analytics platforms

• Familiarity with Workday, Service Now, Salesforce data

• Proficiency in Amazon Quick Suite

• Strong analytical and coaching skills
