Senior Business Analyst; enterprise rollout of Windows Autopilot

Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to support enterprise rollout of Windows Autopilot within the Intune Phase 3 program.

Project:
Intune Phase 3 – focus is on Autopilot. The Business Analyst (BA) will play a critical role in the successful rollout of Windows Autopilot as part of the Intune Phase 3 program. This role will act as the primary bridge between engineering teams and Lines of Business (LOBs), ensuring each business unit is prepared, onboarded, and aligned to the Autopilot provisioning model.

• Partner with LOBs to capture Application requirements and dependencies, persona‑based device and usage needs, connectivity and security requirements.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements for engineering teams and inputs for Intune profiles, policies, and deployment configurations.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders prior to engineering implementation.

• Develop and execute a standardized LOB readiness framework, assessing device and hardware eligibility, identity model readiness (Hybrid vs Cloud), application delivery readiness (Intune‑based, user‑driven), policy readiness (GPO to Intune migration), and security dependencies (Bit Locker, certificates, CIS policies).
• Conduct readiness workshops and classify LOBs into readiness tiers (RAG status).
• Maintain a central readiness dashboard and reporting artifacts.

• Act as the primary point of contact for LOB stakeholders during Autopilot onboarding.
• Lead LOB onboarding sessions, workshops, and roadshows to communicate Autopilot operating model and benefits, changes from SCCM/imaging to modern provisioning, end‑user and support impacts, and translate technical concepts into explicit, business‑friendly messaging.
• Capture LOB feedback, concerns, and adoption barriers.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology programs (Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes).
• Strong experience working across multiple business lines (LOB engagement) – ability to create and execute presentations to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Entra  environments – Windows endpoint platforms and Device provisioning (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM or similar).
• 5+ years of experience in large‑scale transformation or modernization programs.
• Strong proficiency with MS Suite products (Excel, Sharepoint).

• Microsoft Intune / Autopilot deployment.
• Windows 10/11 migration programs.
• Cloud‑managed (Entra  / Azure AD) environments.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS, endpoint security controls).
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Previous BNS experience.

Post‑Secondary education.

The ideal candidate would have strong technical BA experience combined with Autopilot experience. Spanish speaking candidates would be strongly preferred.
