Reporting directly to the Manager of Project and Product Services, the Scrum Master plays a crucial role in driving successful delivery for IT initiatives. You will engage with product owners, enable cross-functional collaboration, and remove impediments to enhance Agile practices. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of team dynamics and output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and prioritize product backlogs

• Support cross-functional teams with effective coaching

• Track and analyze Agile metrics to enhance performance

• Collaborate with stakeholders for project requirements

• Serve as a change agent for Agile practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments

• Experience with SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks

• Proficient in Azure Dev Ops, Jira, and MS suite

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Relevant certifications preferred in Scrum and project management
