Become an integral part of Softchoice as an Azure Support Engineer, enhancing cloud solutions for diverse clients across Canada. This position focuses on Azure expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
As a key member of the Managed Services Operations team, you'll utilize deep technical understanding to troubleshoot incidents and manage hybrid infrastructure. You'll analyze client environments to provide actionable recommendations, all while documenting processes and enhancing service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Analyze and troubleshoot client technical incidents
• Document and implement changes per Change Management
• Enhance technical documentation for supported environments
• Manage daily Azure operations and respond to alerts
Requirements:
• Experience of 5+ years in client support roles
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Azure Stack HCI
• Understanding of ITIL processes preferred
• Familiarity with security principles in Azure solutions
