Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding and support during client lifecycle

• Provide subscription support for Microsoft Cloud solutions

• Develop forecasting models and sales reports

• Aid in creating and processing client proposals

• Support administrative tasks and special projects

Requirements:

• Studying Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Passion for cloud technology and eagerness to learn

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
