At Gateway Casinos & Entertainment, you'll provide essential first-line support for hardware, software, and networking issues. This role allows you to utilize your communication skills while helping users resolve their technical problems effectively via various channels. You'll be responsible for logging service requests and ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer support inquiries through multi-channel systems
• Resolve issues related to hardware performance and network connectivity
• Maintain accounts, including resets and authentication setups
• Document incidents and service requests accordingly
• Assist in device testing and deployment
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of IT support experience or relevant education
• High School Diploma or IT certification preferred
• Understanding of Active Directory and network basics
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
