As an Entry-Level Technical Support Specialist Level I at Connexall, you will report to the Manager of Technical Support and Customer Experience. This position seeks candidates with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve incoming customer service issues and requests
• Install and troubleshoot system designs effectively
• Provide phone and email support to clients

• Conduct Remote System Audits and Health Checks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
• 1 year of help desk and customer service experience
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Platform
• Understanding of TCP/IP and networking
• Some knowledge of SQL server/database queries
