Director of IT Risk & Compliance

Lead the charge in Cyber and IT Risk compliance with a vital role in regulatory examinations. This position requires strong collaboration with global teams to enhance regulatory practices.

As the Associate Director of Cyber & IT Risk, you will manage the Second Line of Defense, focusing on regulatory issue remediation and submissions. Your experience will enable you to assess and improve regulatory processes while maintaining communication and collaboration cross-functionally. Identifying gaps and trends in regulatory activities will be key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory examination responses and submissions

• Identify and report on compliance trends and gaps

• Collaborate effectively with global regulatory teams

• Draft First Day Letter Requests for submission

• Support regulatory issues remediation initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business

• Over 7 years of relevant IT Risk or Internal Audit experience

• Strong detail orientation and operational focus

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills

• Driven to achieve results in compliance initiatives
