As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities include building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in the local geography, leading a team of experienced Account Managers with engagements at the CXO level, and defining, developing, and executing a geographic plan while consistently delivering on input goal and revenue targets.

- Lead a team of experienced Account Managers with engagements at the CXO level.
- Own, define, develop, and execute a geographic plan and consistently deliver on input goal and revenue targets.
- Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent.
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent.
- Experience building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 15+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience and 5+ years of sales team management experience.
- Master's degree, or Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing.
- Experience driving growth through and with cross-functional teams including inside sales, technical, marketing, segmentation, legal (contracts).
- Experience leading sales teams through technology transitions, particularly in AI and machine learning, with demonstrated ability to position AI capabilities (including agentic AI) as business transformation enablers.
