We are seeking a high-impact Scrum Master with strong delivery ownership to lead Agile teams. This role requires deep expertise in Agile practices combined with banking domain knowledge across:

• Payments
• Lending
• Treasury
• Trade Finance

The individual will drive high-performing teams, ensure regulatory-compliant delivery, and support continuous improvement within a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Scrum Master Leadership (Core Focus)

• Act as a Servant Leader, Agile Coach, and Change Agent for one or more Scrum teams.
• Drive Agile maturity with a focus on:
  • Sprint predictability and delivery consistency
  • Data-driven decision-making (velocity, cycle time, flow efficiency)
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring business value alignment:
  • Sprint Planning – clear scope aligned to banking priorities
  • Daily Stand-ups – focus on delivery blockers
  • Retrospectives – continuous improvement with measurable outcomes
• Remove complex impediments including cross-team, environment, and regulatory blockers.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and engineering excellence.
• Enable teams to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and market demands.

Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to deliver solutions across:

• Payments (ACH, Wire, SWIFT, RTP)
• Commercial Lending & Credit Systems
• Treasury & Cash Management
• Trade Finance & Supply Chain Finance

Ensure Agile delivery aligns with banking regulations and compliance requirements:

• KYC / AML
• Regulatory reporting
• Audit readiness

Understand end-to-end banking workflows and system dependencies.

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for banking applications and programs.
• Manage:
  • Release planning and roadmap execution
  • Cross-team dependencies (upstream/downstream systems)
  • Risk mitigation in regulated environments
• Track and improve:
  • Sprint velocity and predictability
  • Defect leakage and production stability
  • SLA adherence and release quality
• Ensure high-quality releases with minimal production incidents.

• Act as a bridge between Business, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Provide transparent reporting using Agile metrics and dashboards.
• Participate in governance forums, audit reviews, and compliance checkpoints.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt Agile practices in traditional banking environments.

• Implement Agile best practices within regulated banking frameworks.
• Maintain:
  • Audit-ready documentation
  • End-to-end traceability (requirements > development > testing > release)
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.

• Strong Scrum Master experience with delivery ownership.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and metrics.
• Experience in Commercial Banking domain (Payments, Lending, Treasury, Trade Finance).
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and complex delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and governance experience.
