Reporting to the IT Director, this role emphasizes user support and technology management. You'll be responsible for deploying equipment, maintaining critical systems, and providing training for users. Your assistance will ensure seamless operations within the organization, including handling project implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process work requests for Level 1 support
• Coordinate installation and configuration of IT systems
• Maintain continuity of service across network applications
• Train users on hardware and software
• Support project teams with implementation tasks
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in Information Technology
• Relevant diploma in IT or similar field
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Cisco Meraki
• Excellent interpersonal skills and user service orientation
