Senior Consultant - Oracle HCM Cloud

Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions at Infosys, catering to Canadian public sector clients. This role emphasizes project management and stakeholder engagement in an Agile environment.

As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute your extensive IT experience in Oracle HCM, primarily working with core HR modules.

Your role encompasses leading the design and development phases, preparing for training sessions, and addressing project risks. This engaging position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with stakeholders for implementation discussions

• Lead design, development, and support of HCM components

• Guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle

• Manage data migration and integrations effectively

• Provide status reporting and support team training

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Information Technology experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Hands-on experience in Agile project management

• Ability to work in Mississauga or relocate

• Expertise in security roles and data roles
