In this position, you will embody an Agile Process Expert role central to Fidelity's commitment to innovation in financial services. With over 5 years of experience and a strong Agile background, you will facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
Your role is crucial in maintaining alignment across teams while promoting Lean practices tailored to real-world conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain clarity on requirements
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
• Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies
• Enhance documentation quality across teams
• Report on team performance and key metrics
Requirements:
• 5+ years in relevant roles, including Agile delivery
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities
• Experience in multiprogram teams with Agile methodologies
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks is a plus
