Position: Toronto Analytics Developer Role
Join a premier financial firm in Toronto as an Analytics Developer. This position centers on developing ETL pipelines and analytical frameworks that empower data-driven decision-making across teams.

As part of the Analytics Engineering team, you will be instrumental in turning raw data into insights that drive business success. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to define relevant metrics. Your expertise will ensure high-quality data products for regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define metrics and deliver analytic solutions with cross-functional teams

• Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data models using Apache tools

• Develop reporting products for business and regulatory needs

• Enhance internal tools for better data usability

• Promote consistent analytics practices across the organization

Requirements:

• 3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar

• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and Apache Spark

• Proven experience with ETL pipeline development

• Familiar with dashboard creation using Superset or Tableau

• Understanding of modern development workflows with Git
