Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) is a consortium formed by Ellis Don, AtkinsRéalis, Aecon, and ACS‑Dragados. CTS is responsible for delivering the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project, a transformative infrastructure initiative in partnership with Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx. CTS is committed to innovation, collaboration, and building a transit system that will serve the community efficiently. This project brings together industry leaders to create a connected and sustainable transportation network in Toronto.
Role Description- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests from project staff
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and account management
- Administer user accounts, licenses, and security groups in Microsoft 365 (Entra / Active Directory)
- Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive access for project teams
- Apply and maintain MFA, security policies, and conditional access rules
- Monitor and maintain on‑site and cloud servers (Windows Server), including patching, backups, and health checks
- Manage Active Directory: user accounts, group policies, and access controls
- Support network infrastructure (switches, Wi‑Fi, VPN) and liaise with vendors for escalated issues
- Enforce IT security policies including endpoint protection, patch management, and access reviews
- Maintain the IT asset register and ensure all devices are tracked, licensed, and compliant
- Maintain IT documentation including asset lists, configuration records, and user‑facing SOPs
- Support IT procurement: raise purchase requests, receive equipment, and manage vendor relationships
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years in an IT Support, Systems Administrator, or Helpdesk role
- Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 (Entra , Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to manage competing support priorities
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-900, AZ-900, MD-102) are an asset
- Experience with Intune or a similar MDM / endpoint management platform is an asset
- Familiarity with Azure or hybrid cloud environments is an asset
