Join our dynamic team in Toronto as a Discovery Developer, where your skills in Service Now and IT infrastructure can shine. Focus on optimizing the Discovery tool and maintaining our CMDB with precision and accuracy.

With a minimum of 6 years in Service Now Development, including 3 dedicated to Discovery, you'll configure discovery settings and manage asset identification across IT environments. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is vital to ensure data integrity and effective tool implementation. Your technical expertise in networking and scripting will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure discovery infrastructure and credentials

• Develop discovery patterns and probes for IT asset recognition

• Troubleshoot and resolve discovery related issues

• Ensure accurate population of CMDB with IT assets

• Create reports and dashboards to track discovery performance

Requirements:

• 6+ years Service Now Development experience

• Proficient in Service Now Discovery and CMDB

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure

• Experience with cloud technologies like Azure and GCP

• Proficient in JavaScript and REST APIs
