This critical role empowers you to oversee one or more ITSM governance areas, aligning processes with Scotiabank standards and expectations. You will analyze governance processes, lead improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and update the ITSM Governance Model
• Create governance documentation and analysis reports
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify improvements
• Support departmental initiatives with project leadership
• Enhance community outreach and engagement efforts
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Spanish is an asset
• Experience in software development or technical operations
• Understanding of ITSM frameworks like ITIL
• Familiarity with Agile and SRE methodologies
• Proficiency in process analysis techniques
