Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Workday Recruiting and Talent based on requirements

• Design automation processes with Product Owners

• Demo configurations to stakeholders to gather feedback

• Analyze tenant configurations for informed decision-making

• Use Jira to manage tasks and track progress

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a Business Application Analyst role

• Extensive Workday configuration experience

• Proficient in Jira for Agile workflows

• Familiarity with Workday AI within Recruiting module

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
