Hybrid Business Analyst at Fidelity

Take on a key role at Fidelity as a Business Analyst within our Wealth Management division. This position allows you to work in a flexible hybrid setup while making significant impacts.

In this role, based in Toronto until late 2026, you’ll be crucial in enhancing our Wealth Management services for high-net-worth clients. You’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and supporting Agile project teams in delivering effective solutions. Your work will focus on translating complex needs into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor business analysis processes

• Elicit and analyze requirements for technology solutions

• Support stakeholder consultations and testing activities

• Coordinate with Development and QA for transition success

• Drive collaboration across Wealth Management teams

Requirements:

• Completed 3-year College diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of Business Analyst experience

• Background in Wealth Management or Investment Management

• Familiarity with Agile and related tools like JIRA

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
