What You’ll Bring
  • 5-8+ years product management experience, proven ability to define OKRs, KPIs, roadmaps, prioritize work, write clear requirements and user stories, drive release readiness, acceptance criteria, and deliver outcomes in cross‑functional teams.
  • 5+ years experience with data‑intensive systems involving large datasets, data hygiene, standardization, identity resolution, and analytical processes; multi‑region product development experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of identity resolution (name, address, IP, device IDs, cookies, etc.) and familiarity with data matching, deduplication, or entity resolution concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, diagnosing data and system issues, proactively identifying algorithm changes and data shifts, breaking down complex systems, and identifying practical improvements.
  • Ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams, translating between engineering, data science, business stakeholders, and collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
  • Ownership mindset in ambiguous environments, setting direction, driving results, holding cross‑functional partners accountable, and managing escalations when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, explaining complex topics, influencing decisions, presenting to senior leaders.
  • Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Desired:
    Experience with regulated data environments and data matching/deduplication, entity resolution.
Impact You’ll Make
  • Lead the company’s core identity platform as product manager, owning capabilities to identify individuals accurately and build consumer profiles over time.
  • Own the roadmap and continuous improvement of identity capabilities, defining and prioritizing end‑to‑end lifecycle enhancements on data quality, linkage accuracy, system performance, and downstream business outcomes.
  • Establish and manage KPIs/OKRs and performance targets (e.g., algorithm quality and accuracy) and build proactive monitoring, alerting, and investigation routines.
  • Champion a structured backlog and iterative enhancement program, aligning stakeholders on trade‑offs, driving execution, and defining release readiness and success criteria.
  • Lead cross‑functional execution by converting business needs into explicit technical direction, requirements, and priorities, ensuring coordinated delivery.
  • Establish a regular operating cadence to improve performance, resiliency, and responsiveness, including post‑incident reviews and follow‑through on corrective actions.
  • Operationalize the system for scale and reliability by building and maintaining documentation (capabilities, known behaviors, monitoring playbooks, controls, troubleshooting guides).
  • Represent the capability and drive alignment across the organization, supporting client requests and ensuring industry‑wide adoption of standards and best practices.
  • Connect regional needs to global evolution by incorporating regional priorities and learnings into global product development and enterprise improvements.
Hybrid Working Model

This role is hybrid and involves performing job responsibilities virtually as well as in person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is $110,000 – $160,000 annually. Compensation is based on education, training, experience, job‑related skill set, location, and market considerations, with variable components tied to performance.
