This full-time permanent position aims to create a paradigm shift in how teams perceive and handle data. You will engage with data stewards and executive leaders, leading change management efforts while keeping track of the organization's data governance roadmap. Ensure the organization meets critical priorities related to quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management initiatives for data governance

• Partner with data teams to bolster engagement and accountability

• Develop insightful training and communication tools for stakeholders

• Assess readiness for change and lead implementation efforts

• Establish metrics to evaluate program effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in data governance or change management

• Experience with data governance platforms is preferred

• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas simply

• Proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills

• Reliability Status Security Clearance needed at employment offer
