As an Operator II at NRT, you will deliver first-level technical support to both internal and external clients. This position demands a solid understanding of networking and strong customer service skills, as you'll troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Your role will involve monitoring systems for optimal service delivery and collaborating with Tier 1 support to handle escalations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor NOC systems for service availability
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on technical issues
• Handle escalated tickets and complex incidents
• Collaborate with technical leads for solutions
• Document troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• CCNA Certification required
• Proven experience resolving escalated support issues
• Strong knowledge of networking and systems management
• Solid communication skills for collaboration
